Local only got out of state guys who want them but UPS and Fed Ex are not cooperative with shipping components person to person.cost prohibative.get bullets delivered to the door but can't ship componants,maybe the grandkids can hit them with hammers on the RR tracks for the 4th,LOL
These are bright shiny and NIB.If I needed them I wouldn't be able to get them for this price,come get them
