Additional Information: Also comes with original boxes for optic, and rifle. This rifle was put together as a package for hunting by hunters seeking North American large game animals. This rifle has already had the optic mounted, sighted in, and (40)x rounds fired through it to break in the barrel. After firing (10)x rounds, the barrel was swabbed, and allowed to cool down. The purpose for this rifle is for the buyer to be able to receive it, take it out of the box, drive to the range to finalize a zero, and then take it directly to the hunt. This is why the rifle is listed at "98%", even though the firearm has never had an owner.

If you send a personal check or money order, it is requested that you include the FFL the firearm will be transferred to within the same envelope if possible. The firearm purchased will not be shipped until the personal check clears.

Sales Tax: Residents of Arizona pay sales tax. Tax rate is 8.85% if you are a resident of Arizona and purchasing it in Sierra Vista, AZ. If you are not a resident of Sierra Vista, AZ, and having it shipped to elsewhere in the state, your state tax is 7.10%.

Shipping Carriers: All long guns and ammunition are shipped through UPS. Items shipped via UPS will include Adult Signature Verification, and insurance on the items(s) being shipped. All handguns are shipped registered mail through the US Postal Service.

Shipment of Firearm: Shipment of all firearms are on Monday or Tuesday of each week. This allows for the firearm to reach you prior to the weekend in most cases so it remains in constant transit and not in a warehouse over the weekend. Once the firearm is shipped, you will receive an electronic invoice by email, and the UPS Tracking Number or USPS Registration Number so you can track the progress of your firearm.

FFL or C&R: We accept mailed, faxed (Fax Number: (520) 459-2096), or a scanned copy of the FFL or C&R license emailed to info@brokawarms.com. Upon sending the FFL or C&R, include the Gunbroker Auction Number, and description with your personal information. If your FFL transfer agent is sending the license on your behalf, have them include your information and the firearm with Gunbroker Auction Number, along with their contact phone number. This will alleviate the potential for any confusion prior to processing and shipping.

Return Policy: This firearm is factory new, but has been put together, and zeroed with optic.
