Rossi Stainless 38 Special Revolver

This beautiful ROSSI M88 Snubnose Stainless .38 Special Revolver Handgun is for sale AS IS.

It was purchased for personal protection "used" from an authorized Florida firearms dealer at a Suncoast Gunshow in August of 2005. I have all paperwork and Owner's manual.

It has been used at the gun range two times putting a total of about 200 rounds through it (since I have owned it). I always cleaned and oiled it after shooting. It has been stored without firing since 2007. It hasn't changed a bit. The stainless steel is beautiful and never rusts!

The purchase includes:

1) the pictured black cushioned gun case

2) Twenty (20) 110 grain Federal Premium "Personal Defense" centerfire pistol cartridges (hollow-point)

3) Fourty-four (44) 130 grain Winchester centerfire full metal jacket range cartridges

4) Owner's manual

It does not include a gunlock (recommended!)

You can see from the pics that it is in good condition.

38 specials are very appropriate for simple personal protection for home/car use. They have great "stopping" power. The gun holds 5 rounds. There is NO SAFETY button on this gun.

Rossis are good quality guns that are made in Brazil. They are distributed in the U.S. under the name "Interarms" in Virginia. If you've heard of the "Taurus" brand, it is the same manufacturer.

Snub nose revolvers are very easy to use and easily stored. This is why it is so important to have them locked if you have children around. Even if you think you are hiding it, children WILL find it. Keep them unloaded if you can. Revolvers are a favorite among women! Men - your wives and girlfriends can protect themselves without worry of how to handle this gun...simply point and shoot.
