You are look at an older Marlin 39. Wood on gun has some dings but is in good shape for the age. Blueing is mostly a patina finish. Barrel length is 24 inches. Bore is bright and shiny and the grooves are still strong. The serial number is S78xx. We marked out the last two serial numbers in the picture. Action is smooth and gun does fire.
