This item is new, we are a licensed gun shop and we received it from the manufacturer or a distributor. We have a new Surgeon Scalpel 6.5 Creedmoor in a Ashbury Precision Ordance (APO) Saber FORSST (Folding Rifle Stock Tactical) chassis with folding stock upgrade MOD 0, adjustable LOP, and cheek piece. Surgeon uses jewell triggers with apsolutely no creep which gives you awesome trigger control and precise shooting capabilities, and a fluted barrel for heat reduction lighter weight and really tacticool. This Surgeon has a Schmidt&Bender 3-20 Ill scope with 34mm tube and 34mm Leupold high rings. We are a Surgeon Rifles Dealer and have many or their rifles in stock.
