This Nylon 66 is in good condition and features a 19.5" barrel with an excellent bore and the original mohawk brown and white diamond stock. The Remington Nylon 66 was a rifle manufactured by Remington Arms from 1959 to 1989. It was one of the earliest mass-produced rifles to feature a stock made from a material other than wood. The magazine tube holds 14 rounds. Remington Nylon Model 66 fitted with a 19 5/8 inch barrel, 14 round tube magazine, blue finished, fully adjustable rear sight, the stock/forearm are made from Mohawk brown in color Zytel/plastic, and it is chambered in .22 LR. Remington made a little more than one million of these guns in the 1960s-1990. This 1967 vintage (first year the Model 66 was serial numbered, starting at 410000, this gun is 415822) rifle is in fine original condition According to the date stamp 2 letter code the gun was manufactured in October 1967. Features a Weaver scope, and comes with original manual print out (how to tear down/clean/about the rifle) and a rifle case with plenty of pouches and storage for accessories/ammo This has rarely been shot, family heirloom.
