Helwan made at the Maadi Arsenal in Egypt. This is a Copy of the Beretta Model 51.
This pistol appears unfired in the Century Arms box for the late 1980s. Sale or Trade includes the Factory Box with Egyptian writing, two standard 8 round mags, cleaning rod, and cleaning brush.
My experience has been these are fun to shoot. Old school Beretta design and quality.
