For trade is a stainless SR40 full size pistol, with the grip shortened to the length of the SR40C. The pistol has Galloway Precision upgrade internals, along with the trigger safety deactivated. Upgrade parts include steel one piece guide rod, steel striker indicater and “smooth it trigger kitâ€. Magazine disconnect is currently removed but can be reinstalled in under 1 minute. Factory guide rod and indicator included, along with an spare extractor, new from Ruger.
Includes 4 magazines, 3 15 round magazines with custom fitted, rubberized grip extensions, and 1 9 round magazine.
My reason for posting this for trade, is that I really don't care for polymer firearms. I bought this off a friend back in 2012 as a favor to help him out with money for car repairs. This pistol functions so well it's boring. I'd be interested in anything from revolvers, SA or DA, to military surpluss pistols, lever action rifles, pocket pistols, O/U or semi auto shotguns, SKS, just to name a few. Let me know what you have that you'd want to trade.
I'm not really interested in cash sale but rock bottom cash price would be $425. Close to $100 in upgrade parts, and another $80 in magazines.
I have a good amount of 40 S&W ammo, fmj as well as hp, that can be added to the package or sold on the side, I'll have to do an inventory check.
The only thing I would automatically decline, is anything from Taurus, however, pre-Taurus Rossi revolvers with hammer mounted firing pins are welcome.
I'm a Ruger guy, top pics would be...
SP101
Security, Service or Speed Six in any barrel length or caliber
Metal frame P-Series pistol
Super Blackhawk, Blackhawk or Vaquero (no new model vaqueros)(already have a 5 1/2†so longer or shorter)
MK series pistol
Beretta, pretty much any model with a metal frame
CZ
F.E.G.
S&W
422
622
any revolver
any steel or alloy frame pistol
Webley, Walther, Norinco, etc. That's just off the top of my head. As always, CPL or PP and DL required, not holding my breath for a 1911
Condition isn't very important depending on model, provided it is repairable.
