For sale or trade is a Colt Police Positive .32 Colt Blue 6-Shot 4-Inch Barrel Revolver asking $400 OBO/TRADE. This is a double/single action revolver that is chambered for the .32 short or long colt cartridge features fixed front and rear sights with original colt black rubber grips having a serial number of 99XXX that makes this revolver manufactured in 1912 to 1913 according to proofhouse.com. Has the markings "POLICE POSTIVE .32 COLT CTG" on the left side of the barrel, has the markings "COLT'S PTF A MFG CO HARTFORD CT U.S.A. PAT'D AUG 5 1884 JUNE 5 1900 JULY 4 1905" on the top of the barrel, has the "COLT HORSE EMBLEM" circle by a capital "C" on the left side behind the cylinder release.This revolver locks up tight being in good cosmetic and mechanical condition with normal handling marks (please see pics provided as I am no expert in the grading of these just going on my opinion that defers from person to person), the bore is bright and shiny with the black rubber grips being in good condition with normal handling marks with no visual breaks, cracks or repairs. This would make a nice shooter or just a good addition to your colt revolver collection. Will drive to meet a reasonable distance to sale or trade thIS item to Missouri Residents FTF on a bill of sale or will ship to a FFL holder with a clear payment and a ink signed copy of a verifable FFL paperwork for legal transfer.
