Ruger Alaskan .44 magnum

I have a fantastic condition Ruger Alaskan .44 magnum. Has maybe had 35 shots through it? Not much use, which is why I've decided to let it go. I have the box for it, and I've checked gunbroker for the prices, most of them are around $790-$830. If you don't like my price, make a cash offer, but I won't be robbed. Bill of sale will need to be completed for both of us, and face to face, to a Missouri resident only. Prefer CCW buyer. I have lots of ammo for sale also, but it won't be included for this price. Have 2 speed loaders I'd include for full price.
