I have a nice Marlin lever gun in 35 remington 336 model. Much more powerful and more knockdown than the .30-30 even though they "look" identical. If interested, give me a call. 618-971-2548. Would consider trade for the right compact 9mm for concealed carry. Has been carried far more than shot. I personally have killed MANY deer with it and rarely took more than 1 shot. Never had to trail one over 30 yards! I'll miss her, but will keep dozens of (true) stories to tell.
