1939/1940 JP Stevens .22 semi-auto

1939 JP Stevens.22 semi-automatic rifle. All original, stock, leather strap. JP Stevens was bought at some point in time by Savage. I had to writer Savage to confirm the year. They advised me 1939 manufacture date, but could have been 1940. My grandfather bought it new, he installed a scope on it in the early 60's, which is still on it. He passed to me before his death in 1974. I am the 2nd owner. I am also including the cleaning kit with the rifle. I am pricing per an appraisal, I am open to a reasonable offer.
