It is matt stainless with a beautiful nutmeg brown laminated stock and a Tasco World Class 8-32x44mm dot reticle scope with target turrets that was mfd in Japan in the 1990's...not the current Chinese junk. Absolutely MINT and as-new unfired condition and still needs to be sighted in! I will include the original manufacturer's boxes for the rifle and scope as well as a new/unused 3 die set of Lee reloading dies which includes the optional factory crimp die along with 2 boxes (40rds) of Hornady Varmint Express ammo.
