Colt Model 1902 Military

This pistol predates the pocket hammerless pistols and the famous 1911. Chambered for the .38 Automatic Colt Pistol cartridge, it was one of the most powerful auto-pistols of its day. A unique looking pistol with the 6-inch barrel and long slide, the Model 1902 Military uses a somewhat different method of locking the breech. The bore rates very good and shows bright/sharp rifling . still quite good and very shootable. It comes with one excellent condition correct factory 8-round magazine. From the serial number, this pistol would have been manufactured in about 1919.
