Ithaca Lefever Nitro Special Double 12 gauge Shot Gun

I have this shotgun that I inherited from my grandfathers estate. I don't shoot. I need money for baby bills. I had this at a gun show at the Quik Trip Center early this spring and the Blue Book of gun value guys told me I should be asking about $275 for this gun. So to move this out of my possession pay for my sons birthing bills I am selling it. I have never shot the gun. The barrels are clean and smooth. There are a couple of scratches on the wood, but they are not gouges, only superficial and can be worked out. Respond via email, and we can meet somewhere local to view the gun. I will not sell out of state. I want to meet someone local and be paid cash for the gun. Thanks.
