PTR-91 (HK91 Clone) in Near New Condition

Brand new (only fired once for testing (20 rounds)down pipe. Awesome HK91 Clone (PTR-91)made to accept standard AK mags...this was a very limited edition run for this weapons system. The PTR Co. bought the tooling machinery and schematics from the Portugese and began making these several years ago, and originally they were made so well that they and another company(Vector Arms) were sued by Heckler & Koch and almost put out of business. According to Bostons Gun Bible (the authority on almost all things gun related) the HK91 (PTR91) is second only to the FAL as the pre-emminent battle rifle, adopted by over 50 NATO allies as their primary battle rifle after WWII. The great thing about this version of the 91 is that being chambered in 7.62 Soviet, its about 20-40 cents cheaper to shoot each time you squeeze the trigger. I've done some upgrades on this baby, replacing the original surplus (ugly) green stock and plastic forarm with a standard HK stock and a Machined, railable billet aluminum forearm (can buy rails at hkparts.net) along with TONS of other accesories. The rotating bolt system in this rifle makes it far more reliable and durable than just about any AR15 on the market, an far more accurate than the AK47. Will come with 2 standard composite AK mags (no special, expensive proprietary mags needed for this baby). Also comes with sling and hard case. Have a new baby on the way, so $1100.00 takes this brandy new baby home (that I paid 1399.00 for less than a year ago). Open to partial trades, would love to get a 1911 or other nice handgun (have permits in hand) or M1A, M1 Garand, British Enfield, Arisaka type 38 or 99, Marlin lever actions, or any other histoic rifles....alos open to other offers, But I'd like to get atleast 800.00 cash with the trade.
