New England Firearms 12 gauge single shot

I am selling a few of the guns that I no longer use to make a little more room in the cabinet. This is a single shot 12 gauge shotgun in good condition. it has some spots of rust on the outside of the barrel. This gun was passed on from my grandfather who never really used it that much. I took it out to test fire it and it shoots accurate and w/o any problems. All of the guns I keep are cleaned after every use or every other use depending on how often i shoot.
